Nabali Tree-Ripened Black Olives

  • Known as “Jarjeer”, these black, tree-ripened olives are harvested from the Nabali tree, the indigenous olive tree of Palestine
  • Olives are left on the tree until December to ripen, then carefully dried by a process of salting and hanging in screen sacks
  • They are stirred regularly for two months by members of women-owned cooperatives
  • Smothered in our own organic and fair trade olive oil

Nabali Green Olives

  • Hand picked from the native Nabali olive tree
  • 'Cracked', then pickled in the traditional Palestinian method with water, lemon juice and salt by our women's cooperatives
  • Certified Organic and Fair Trade
  • Economic benefits to women as well as our organic farmers
  • Grown in the terraced olive groves of the West Bank areas of Jenin, Nablus, Salfit and Ramallah

Green Olive Tapenade

  • Made by hand with Nabali green olives, capers both blossoms and berries, organic olive oil, lemon, pepper and mustard seed.
  • Blend of flavors that is totally Palestinian

Organic Sun-Dried Tomatoes

  • Local tomato varieties liek the Mandawi and Khalili are succulent and subtly sour.
  • Tomatoes are carefully selected, washed and sun-dried by women collectives
  • Then they are smothered in our organic olive oil
  • Great as a side dish or to add deep flavor to recepies

Wildflower Honey

  • Our pure Wild Flower Honey comes from wild growing flowers on the mountains surrounding the Sanour Plains and the Al Arqa valley west of Jenin in Palestine.
  • The variety of flowers gives a complex, rich flavor.
  • It is raw, unrefined, unprocessed, pure honey with a thick, grainy, straight from the honeycomb quality.
  • Our honey is part of a history of wholesome honey production in the Holy Land –the Land of Milk and Honey.
  • Our local bees do not produce in abundance but their honey is so full of flavor, it is known as Assal Muluki – Royal Honey – in Palestine.
  • Produced by cooperatives that are members of the Palestine Fair Trade Association, this product helps extend opportunities to Palestinian women as well as farmers.
